This Support will attempt to solve any Site related problems that you may encounter while browsing our Website. Look at the problems below and read their possible solutions. If you have found problems that are not listed on this Support page, please contact our team at al2fenrir @ gmail.com.

Problem #1: The Site could not be displayed

Causes and solutions:

1. The url you type on your browser's address bar may be incorrect.
-Check the spelling and make sure that it is http://flashapple.mypiece.com.

2. Your Internet connection has not been established.
-Connect to the Internet and make sure you are connected, then check the website again.

3. You have been disconnected.
-Recheck your connection. You may have been disconnected by your ISP. Try reconnecting.

4. Hardware malfunction.
-Your hardware may be faulty, check it and make sure that it works.

5. Server Reset.
-Your ISP may be busy and is unable to accommodate your data request. Disconnect, and try reconnecting.

6. Site under maintenance.
-Our Site or server may be undergoing maintenance, during this period, we are inaccessible. Try visiting us later.

7. Busy server.
-Our server may be busy. Try again later.

Problem #2: 404 Error

1. Page is still under construction.
-While we edit our webpages, you'll receive this error. This means that the page you are trying to access is still under construction or is temporarily unavailable. Try visiting the page later, however, if it stays longer, try contacting our support team at al2fenrir @ gmail.com, and we'll make sure that this problem is fixed.

2. Server is busy.
-Sometimes, you'll receive this error when our server is busy. Visit us later.

Problem #3: Page failed to load completely

1. Internet connection problems.
-Your ISP may have stop responding to your data request, or you may have been disconnected. Try reestablishing connection.

2. Slow connection.
-You may be having a slow connection. Try to conserve bandwidth by halting downloads, or by closing other loading webpages, then try reloading the page.

3. Busy server.
-We may be having a busy server. Try reloading the page.

Problem #4: Flash object failed to load completely

1. Internet connection problems.
-Your ISP may have stop responding to your data request, or you may have been disconnected. Try reestablishing connection, then reload the page containing the Flash object.

2. Slow connection.
-You may be having a slow connection. Try to conserve bandwidth by halting downloads, or by closing other loading webpages, then try reloading the page with the Flash object.

3. Busy server.
-We may be having a busy server. Try reloading the page with the Flash object.

4. Caching.
-Your computer may have cached the incomplete Flash object. If reloading doesn't solve the problem, you need to delete your Temporary Internet Files or Cache Files. See you browser's Help on how to delete your cached files.

Problem #5: Flash object does not work

1. No available Flash Player installed.
-Flash objects require a Flash player to work. Visit Adobe's website at http://www.adobe.com, then download the Flash Player.

2. Incompatible Flash Player version.
-You need to at least have Flash Player version 6 in order to play the music and games, and the latest version to play the videos. Go to http://www.adobe.com and download the latest Flash Player.

3. Internet connection problems.
-Your ISP may have stop responding to your data request, or you may have been disconnected. Try reestablishing connection, then reload the page containing the Flash object.

4. Slow connection.
-You may be having a slow connection. Try to conserve bandwidth by halting downloads, or by closing other loading webpages, then try reloading the page with the Flash object.

5. Busy server.
-We may be having a busy server. Try reloading the page with the Flash object.

6. Server offline.
-Our server may be having maintenance or is currently offline. There is nothing you could do but wait for it to return sooner or later.

7. Caching.
-Your computer may have cached the incomplete Flash object. If reloading doesn't solve the problem, you need to delete your Temporary Internet Files or Cache Files. See you browser's Help on how to delete your cached files.

Problem #6: Flash object cannot be seen

1. The Flash object haven't yet loaded completely.
-Some flash objects may take time to load depending on its file size, and while it is still loading, it may not show up in the page. There is nothing you could do but wait until it shows up, however, if loading has completed and there is still no flash object found anywhere in the page, please refer to Problem #5.



Problem #7: Shout box won't post my message

1. Cookie disabled.
-Our shoutbox requires you to enable cookies. Please check your browser's documentation on how to enable receive and send cookie feature. Information can usually be found on your browser's Help Menu.

Problem #8: Shout box won't show up

1. Server may be down or is currently on maintenance.
-There is nothing you can do but wait until it goes back online.

2. Loading failed.
-Due to an increase network traffic, the shoutbox may sometimes fail to load. Try minimizing your bandwidth consumption by limiting or slowing down your download requests, and reload or refresh the page. If it still fails to load, refer to Problem #7.



Problem #9: Java object won't work

1. No Java Application installed.
-You need to have a Java Application in order to run Java-driven objects. Get it here or visit http://www.java.com to download the application. After downloading, run the application to install it.

2. Java object needs the latest version.
-It might be possible that the object you are trying to run requires a latest version. Visit http://www.java.com and acquire it.

3. Connection problems.
-Make sure that you are still connected to the Internet, and that you have enough bandwidth to spare. In case of a bandwidth outage, try to limit bandwidth consumptions by closing downloads and other online running applications.

4. Server is busy or down.
-It might be possible that our server is busy or down. Try again later, however, if remains unavailable for a long time, please contact us at al2fenrir @ gmail.com.

Problem #10: My computer/web browser hang up while opening a Java object.

1. Low system resources.
-Your computer might have suffered from a memory outage and is no longer able to complete its tasks. Try to close some application by hitting CTRL+ALT+DEL, this will open the Task Manager. Use the task manager to close some unnecessary applications to minimize resource consumption. If Task Manager fails to show up and your computer no longer responds, you may have to reboot your PC.

2. Java Application is still processing its task.
-Sometimes your browser or computer may stop responding until the Java Application has completed its task. In this case you may have to wait longer. However, if your browser or computer freezes for a long time and is no longer responding. Terminate the running browser or other applications by closing it. You may have to open the Task Manager with CTRL+ALT+DEL to do it. If all else fails, restart your computer.

3. Bugs in the software or incompatibility issue.
-Bugs in the softwares or incompatibility either in Java Application, Browser, or OS may cause your computer or browser to hang. Read the system requirements of the installed Java Application and make sure you downloaded the right or compatible version. Try to visit or contact http://www.java.com for further support. You may also attempt to terminate the applications to restore system stability by hitting CTRL+ALT+DEL, this will open the Task Manager. Close the faulty running applications, otherwise, restart your computer.
